Our lamb is grass fed and grass finished. We use rotational grazing in a way that provides a wide diversity of plant choice for the sheep throughout the grazing season. Our lambs are born January through April. We have whole lambs available starting in July, usually, and cuts available year-round.

Our cattle are 100% grass fed and grass finished. We have Highland and Highland Pineywoods cross cattle, who are very well-suited for grazing our Kansas lands. The meat is incredibly flavorful and tender.
